Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
Can I change or return my item?
Our factory has in place a high standard of quality checks; however, in the unlikely event you have a damaged or missing part, you can contact us of the issue and the replacement part will be posted directly to you.
Estimated delivery time, smaller spare parts held at our UK warehouse will get sent to you the same day or the coming working day. For larger spare parts shipped from the factory will take approximately 14 days. Parts that need to be manufactured can take up to 30 days.
